About seven years ago, in the Chicagoland area, Frank started with almost nothing but a dream and an old Sprinter van with rear-end damage. By day, he worked at Ace, and by night, he poured his energy into restoring that vehicle. With the help of a body specialist on the exterior and his own craftsmanship on the interior, Frank transformed that Sprinter into something ready for the road. He had no advertising budget, no big investors — only his belief that exceptional service and professionalism would speak louder than any marketing campaign. And it did.
As word spread, demand grew. Frank reinvested everything back into the business, adding a brand-new 2023 Mercedes Sprinter to the fleet — a bold step that marked a turning point. This vehicle quickly became the flagship of VIP Ground, representing the level of quality and comfort the company was built to deliver.
But Chicago winters taught Frank an important lesson: luxury transportation couldn’t afford to sit idle. To keep the fleet moving, he expanded services to Florida during the slower months. A friend then suggested trying Vail, Colorado. From his very first season there, Frank knew he had found the perfect fit. The bustling mountain resorts, the busy airport transfers, and the welcoming community made Vail feel like home.
Since then, Frank has made Colorado a permanent chapter in VIP Ground’s story, relocating part of the fleet to Vail while continuing operations in Chicago. Along the way, life rewarded his hard work in more ways than one — it was in Colorado that Frank met the love of his life, giving his journey even deeper meaning.
Today, what began as a single damaged Sprinter and a relentless work ethic has grown into a trusted fleet serving both the Midwest and the Rocky Mountains.
